Coming at the future from another angle

**If you are aware of something which is alive which is not DNA based then let me know in the comments and if you've known it for some time and have even found that there are some good books on the topic please suggest them to me.**

Think of the dark side of it all. It's totally dystopian, it's the creation of a global mainstream. It's the creation of a dumb mass who all think the same thing. It seemed like such a sweet project of enlightenment. But think of a large group of people who all think the same thing. I haven't read Malcom Gladwell's 'Blink' but don't intellectualise it, just think of a huge group of people who all think the same thing. What's the image that comes to mind. For me it's a grey dystopian picture in some grey future where a dictator has everyone thinking the same thing to keep them subdued and do his bidding and all that shit
