the only game worth playing
Our entrance into the history of the universe shall come when we defeat our sun. Granted this will only be as a footnote, if we get no further, but it will be the first act of ours worthwhile recording.
If we are to mean anything in this world, we are to play by the rules of energy and time. These are the only rules worth playing by. This is to play in the game that is played in every corner and on every scale of this universe. But we insist in playing other games, convinced of our own self-worth, we sling mud at eachother and vie for control of those who are not yet even conscious.
But if we are to play in the game of energy and time, we can kick ass, because of all the stars and galaxies and clusters, none have anyone at the helm. They are not intelligent, not planned, not rationalised. We can do better, that is to say, our technology can do better. We can run this planet like a well oiled machine, start attracting heavenly bodies towards us, produce great ammounts of energy, but don't lose it all by just emitting it into the cosmos, use that energy to pursue our own ends. Planet Facism, Let's GO!!!!!
